First Glance Coffee Roastery

Rooted in the vibrant flavours of Hong Kong, First Glance Coffee Roastery was founded with a vision to craft specialty coffee experiences that are both meaningful and accessible. Inspired by beloved local tastes — from the classic cha chaan teng to the city’s rich culinary heritage — the roastery brings together the world of specialty coffee and Hong Kong’s iconic culture. Through thoughtfully sourced beans, intentional roasting, and innovative formats, First Glance invites coffee lovers everywhere to savour the taste of Hong Kong in every cup.

Phoenix Coffee Roastery

An independent coffee roastery based in Hong Kong, Phoenix Coffee Roastery was founded by Yat on the small island of Peng Chau, where a humble bike coffee project gradually evolved into a dedicated roasting company. Inspired by the iconic Shanghai Phoenix bike brand, the roastery is passionate about championing lesser-known origins such as the Philippines, Yunnan, and Nepal, guided by a thoughtful roasting philosophy refined by years of expertise and the belief that coffee should be casual, approachable and enjoyed by all.

Hong Kong-based roaster BLOSSOM was founded in 2017 from a vision for specialty coffee to flourish in the city — much like cherry blossoms in full bloom, a symbol that runs through the heart of the brand's identity. Drawing on refined Japanese roasting techniques learned in Fukuoka, BLOSSOM pairs meticulous roasting with a commitment to sourcing exceptional green coffees from around the world, with a focus on sweetness, balance and quality.

This Bangkok-born brand was founded on a passion for specialty coffee, with a belief that great coffee should fit seamlessly into modern lifestyles without compromising on taste. Their 100% Arabica coffee is sourced from trusted farms across Thailand, Colombia, Indonesia and Brazil, relying on natural processing methods to bring out each origin’s unique character. Through the convenience of aluminium capsules, OFFDROME aims to bring small moments of joy to one’s work day — one cup at a time.

Born in Bermondsey, London, WatchHouse is known for thoughtful spaces where coffee, food, design, and hospitality come together — an approach they call Modern Coffee. Named after the historic 19th century watch house beside St Mary Magdalen’s Church, home to their first House, they are rooted in craft and quality, sourcing seasonal coffees through transparent, long-term partnerships.

Zijne Majesteit de Koffie

His Majesty the Coffee (HMC) is a specialty micro-roastery that was established in 2013 in Monza, Italy. Founded by Paolo Scimone, who is also their head roaster, they are one of the first Italian specialty coffee purveyors. HMC is dedicated to serving high-quality single-origin coffees as well as creating flavoursome blends with some of the finest beans the world has to offer.

‘Coffee with conviction’ — UK-based NewGround is as bold as their motto implies, believing in pushing boundaries and never settling for the ordinary. Founded in 2018, this coffee brand combines a passion for expertly crafted coffee with a deep commitment to social responsibility. Their coffees are ethically sourced, ensuring only high-grade coffee beans from small-scale farms around the world, while each batch is expertly roasted in-house to reveal new exciting flavours every time. The B Corp Certified company is also dedicated to using their business as a force for good, by providing work and training opportunities for ex-offenders in the UK, empowering individuals in this often overlooked community with the chance of a fresh start.

Die Synthese is a modern Yemeni specialty coffee company co-producing, sourcing, exporting, importing and roasting remarkable Yemeni lots. Based in South Korea, they started this journey with the aspiration to tell the story of Yemeni coffee — sharing its centuries-old heritage to new audiences worldwide, and exploring traditional know-how while fostering innovation. Die Synthese aims to redefine the way Yemeni coffee is appreciated and produced, to establish an inventive dialogue between history, a tradition, a practice, and a contemporary expression.
