Inspired by the iconic Shanghai Phoenix bike brand, the roastery is passionate about championing lesser-known origins such as the Philippines, Yunnan, and Nepal, guided by a thoughtful roasting philosophy refined by years of expertise and the belief that coffee should be casual, approachable and enjoyed by all.
