Welcome to Morning! We value your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information. This Privacy Policy outlines the types of information we collect, how we use it, with whom it's shared, and the choices you have regarding your information.

2. Data Collected

We may collect the following information:

  • First Name: For profile information.
  • Last Name: For profile information.
  • Email Address: For profile information, app functionality, analytics, developer communications, fraud prevention, security and compliance, advertising or marketing, personalization, and account management.
  • Social Login Data:
    • Facebook: First name, last name, email.
    • Google: First name, last name, email.
    • Apple: First name, last name, email.
  • Images:
    There are two mobile application features that collect images for further usage:
    • Profile: the user is able to set a personal profile image retrieved from a mobile phone Camera or Gallery. The user is able to choose whether to allow or not permissions to the Camera via the Morning application. Profile image collection takes place only when the user sets the Profile image which is optional and can be skipped.
    • Search recipe: the user is able to search coffee recipes by scanning coffee capsules. Image for search is retrieved from mobile phone Camera. The user is able to choose whether to allow or not permissions to the Camera via the Morning application. Scan by using Camera is optional for the user as alternatively can be used Search by Text(doesn't require app permissions). Image collection for the Search recipe feature takes place only when the user uses scanning via Camera which is optional and can be changed by searching via text.
  • User IDs: For app functionality and account management.
  • App Info and Performance: Including crash logs and diagnostics for analytics and developer communications.
  • App Activity: Including app interactions and other actions for analytics, developer communications, and data analytics (Firebase).
  • Device or Other IDs: For app functionality, analytics, and developer communications.

3. Data Usage

We use the information we collect for various purposes, including:

  • Fulfilling Orders: Processing your payment information, arranging shipping, and providing invoices and/or order confirmations.
  • Communication: Communicating with you and providing customer support.
  • Research and Analysis: Understanding your use of our products and services.
  • Fraud Prevention: Screening for potential risk or fraud.
  • Marketing: Providing information or advertising relating to our products or services.
  • Improvement: Enhancing the layout and content of our site and customizing it for users.
  • Images: images collected by the mobile application can be transmitted to our servers and used for the app functionality only. We are not sharing user image information with third-party services.
    • Profile image: sets to the user Profile information and displays on all the screens within the Morning mobile application.
    • Search recipe: image used by scanning coffee capsule uses to provide relevant search recipe results to Morning app users.

4. Data Sharing

  • With Whom It's Shared: We do not share your personal information with third parties or other companies or organizations.
  • For What Purpose: The data shared includes:
    • First Name, Last Name: For recipe sharing with other users.
    • Image: Profile image can be shared as part of the recipe information with other users. User can remove his/her Profile image if don't want to share it with other users.

5. Behavioral Advertising

We may use your personal information to provide you with targeted advertisements or marketing communications. You can opt out of targeted advertising by using the links provided in our existing privacy policy.
