Imagine a specialty-grade robusta coffee that challenges what we usually expect from commercial-grade robusta, exceptional with its low bitterness and high sweetness as it challenges robusta's typical intense, bitter profile with comforting chocolate malt notes. It is sourced from Tamba Farm, situated amidst mountainous terrain in the Gia Lai province. Producer Luu Vinh Quang and his family is in charge of the entire production, with skilled workers managing everything from the growing to harvesting to processing of beans, which makes for high-quality, Rainforest Alliance-certified Fine Robusta coffees.

Brew Mode: Ceremony

The Ceremony recipe is in between a "short" and "long" – perfect if you can’t decide between the two. The format is reminiscent of Ethiopian coffee ceremonies, a mark of hospitality our co-founders really enjoyed on their farm visits.
